Owls
Owls are mostly nocturnal predators with hooked bills and very sharp talons for capturing prey.
They have large, fixed eyes, with binocular vision, set in a facial disc that funnels sound to the ears.
Prey consists of insects and small mammals. One of my favorite photographic subjects.
